REFUND POLICY

All services are final, no refunds.

SERVICES THREE DAY GRACE PERIOD

All services come with a strict three-day grace period. There is no charge if additional alterations are required within the three days after receiving service.

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY

The following no show / cancellation fees are applicable:

  • 30% of scheduled service fee is applicable when late 15 minutes after scheduled service, and reschedule may be required.
  • 30% of scheduled service fee is applicable when no show without 24-hour notification.

PACKAGE EYELASH REFILL POLICY

Pre-pay refill package pricing is valid within the 21 days of last visit. Anyone requesting a refill after 21 days of their last visit will have to pay regular price for the service.
